Route
I realized very quickly that the route will go towards the east. Towards the west there is the Atlantic ocean and
I feel not yet ready to cross Africa. I did the planning of the route towards the east with the help of travel
guides and other reports and it currently stops at the border between Iran and Pakistan. This planning helps
to guess the costs for such a journey. But it's still open if I really will follow this route. On the one hand
you probably decide spontaneously for another route as you're on your way, on the other hand the situation in the
Middle East is currently (April 2003) quite unstable. The planning currently contains the following countries:
Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Albania,
Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Libanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Iran. It goes on with: Pakistan, India,
Nepal, South-East Asia. Maybe I succeed to jump over to Australia. To get to know how far I did it up to
